1. Seller
Products sold on getveliness.com are sold by VELINESS, a trade name of Jaden Rosay, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), registered with the RCS of Reims under number 930 832 522. Contact: support@getveliness.com.

2. Eligibility and delivery area
Orders are accepted from customers aged 18 or older, for delivery to addresses in the United States only.

3. Products
VELINESS products are dietary supplements. Product information, ingredients and directions for use are provided on the product page and on the label. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Individual results vary.

4. Prices and discounts
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Multi-bottle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with each other. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and an order confirmation email has been sent. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the product, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds
For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements cannot be returned once delivered. Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost orders are replaced free of charge under the conditions described in our Refund Policy: https://getveliness.com/policies/refund-policy

8. Liability
Products must be used as directed on the label. We are not liable for any misuse of the products or for failure to follow the directions and warnings provided.

9. Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence that may apply.
